Our Engineering Bay is oriented on high level performance of PC and network maintenance and service. It is aimed to:

• support our project on their post-project activities;
• assist our clients in reducing their equipment idle time;
• develop the outsourcing which allows our clients to economize on engaging of permanent IT staff.

The main spectrum of its activities is following:

• Local systems and networks installations (hardware/software);
• System safety and durability monitoring and regular maintenance, software updates installation;
• System debugging and faults removal, malfunction repair etc;
• Post Installation services for equipment supplied;
• System and PC upgrade;
• Relevant Ad-hoc consultations.

For the purposes of regional representation SEMTEC has concluded Resources agreements with local companies which represented with services branches in different oblasts of Kyrgyz Republic.

SEMTEC has certain plans for extension its of service network on to locations related to oblast-center towns across the whole country.
